Future of U.S. Patent Law Program




 

PRG is very excited to offer this program, which is brand new for 2010. This in-depth panel discussion brings together some of the best minds in patent law to inform, discuss, and debate the future of U.S. patent law. The program will include brief lectures, lively panel discussions, and audience participation.
Major topics will include:
·         U.S. patent reform
·         Ideas and approaches to improve pendency and efficiency at the USPTO, and
·         The latest developments in, and tensions between, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

The tuition for this day-long panel event is $395 per attendee.
