The Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP) is provided within the ExamWare® CD-ROM. During the computer-based exam, the MPEP will be accessible for online research by examinees at their monitors, but searching can only be conducted on a chapter-by-chapter basis. To prepare for such activity, the MPEP on the ExamWare® CD-ROM also enables PRG registrants to search chapter-by-chapter. However, in addition, the search may be done globally to expedite the study process.
