+ Q:
Is it okay to use the “Back” button on the Internet browser while watching a video in the video player?
A: No. If you exit the player window using the “Back” button on your Internet browser, you will be returned to the player’s login page. To get back to the video you were watching, you will need to login again and select the video from the “My Videos” section.

After I am done watching my video, what do I need to do to receive my CLE credit?
A: If your state has approved Patent Resources Group’s video on demand programs for CLE credit, that state will be listed on the individual course description page. To receive CLE credit, you must fill out the CLE Active State and CLE Active Bar Number information which you will be asked for when you purchase a video on demand course. You will receive a course evaluation form with your purchase of the video. You must fill out this evaluation and self certify that you watched the entire video. + Q:
What do I do if I have questions for the instructor on a VOD course after I’ve viewed the course?
A: Within the Home Page of the video player, you’ll see a link to "Ask a VOD Course Question Here," which will take you to a place to submit a question for any Video on Demand course that you have purchased. Before submitting a question, you'll want to click on the "See Answers" tab to see if your question has been answered already. Within the "See Answers" tab, you will have access to any question and answer that has been submitted by any one viewing the course you purchased. If your question hasn’t been answered, click on "Ask Course Question," select your course from the drop down menu and submit your question into the text box. Your network administrator needs to ensure that you can access the following domain – patentrg.fcod.llnwd.net.
+ Q:
Does PRG offer group pricing for a group to view any of your video on demand courses?
A: Yes, we do although it’s not possible if you are seeking CLE credit. If you’re not seeking CLE credit and have a group that wishes to purchase and view our VOD courses, please send us an email at registrar@patentresources.com and we’ll contact you about your group pricing request.

After you click "Submit," your question will be forwarded to Patent Resources Group. We will work with the instructors to craft an answer and within 48 business hours you'll be able to log back into the video player and click on the "Ask a VOD Course Question Here" link, select the course and click on "See Answers" to view your response.
+ Q:
Why can’t I access my videos after successfully logging into the video player?
A: If you’re having trouble seeing your videos after logging into the video player, your network firewall or content filtering device may be blocking access to the limelight server that hosts our video on demand courses.
