Eric Raciti is a partner in Finnegan Henderson’s Cambridge office. He has considerable experience in intellectual property matters, particularly in medical devices. He served for five years as a patent examiner in the surgical arts. In addition, he served the Commissioner of Patents as an attorney in the Office of Legislative and International Affairs. While on sabbatical from the Patent Office, Mr. Raciti earned an LL.M. in European Community law with a focus in intellectual property and competition law.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Raciti worked for other prominent Boston general practice firms, gaining experience in agreement drafting and corporate transactions involving intellectual property, as well as patent prosecution and strategic IP counseling of medical device companies.
Mr. Raciti works with startup and established companies to develop comprehensive and sophisticated patent strategies, including strategic patent procurement and portfolio development and competitive intelligence and analysis.
